South County Health's 2024 Prestigious Award Recipients

South County Health recently celebrated our annual Service Awards, recognizing outstanding contributions of staff from across the health system.

In addition to celebrating staff with 5-year service milestones, up through 45 years of service, the following awards were given:

She often shares new ideas, never ignores an issue, and works actively to ensure patients receive correct information. She always serves on Employee Council, has a questioning attitude to demonstrate integrity, and is an outstanding employee and well deserving of Employee of the Year.”

“Deb is an extraordinary nurse, colleague, and individual. She has been with South County Home Health for 11 years and is an integral part of our team. She is our only wound care certified clinician. In the last year, she completed more than 700 wound care consults and created a wound care presentation that she then launching to nursing and PT as part of our annual skills competencies. Deb is a strong patient advocate, a team player, and is frequently acknowledge by her patients for her unique ability to facilitate care in a manner that is direct and clear while also gentle and kind.“

Dave has also demonstrated a commitment to our guiding values of Caring, Respect, Integrity, Partnership, Excellence, and Stewardship, taking on lead roles in supporting SCH’s sustainability efforts on multiple project teams where his analytical perspectives informed the deployment of many specific tactics.”
