Pierre recounted his experience with gratitude, highlighting the names and efforts of individuals who made a lasting impact: "Your staff — from Maggie in pre-op, Maggie the OR nurse, and the floor staff to Eric, Bree, Sarah, PTs Annie and Trish, OTs Andrea and Jess, and even the transport person — couldn’t have been any nicer. Always a smile and trying to please in any way they could."
