The South County Health Nursing Residency Program (NRP) ensures that our newest nurses are supported every step of the way, building a strong foundation for their careers.

The South County Health NRP is a full-year program to support all newly graduated RNs at SCH during their first year of practice, as they transition from student to professional nurse. The group meets monthly in 4-hour sessions that include time to debrief on their experiences, learn or enhance new skills, discuss professionalism topics that are current in their practice, and meet interdisciplinary experts from across the organization.
