South County Health is thrilled to host the Rhody Baby Race at the University of Rhode Island's Men’s Basketball game against Davidson on Saturday, January 18, 2025. 

We’re calling all Rhody fans with babies ages 6-12 months who can crawl to join in the fun and compete for the title of Rhody Baby Race Champion!

Date: Saturday, January 18, 2025
Time: Halftime of the 2:00 PM URI Men’s Basketball game vs. Davidson
Eligibility: Babies aged 6-12 months who can crawl
Location: Ryan Center, University of Rhode Island
Ticket Info: All participants must have tickets to the game (babies do not need a ticket). Get tickets here

The Rhody Baby Race is a unique and fun way to bring together parents, children, and fans to celebrate both the holiday season and our local athletics. Not only will your little one have a chance to win the coveted Rhody Baby Race title, but they’ll also be featured on the video board during the exciting halftime show!

How to Enter:
It’s easy to sign up! Simply fill out the registration form and be sure to send a high-quality image of your baby to Candler Harris at candler.harris@uri.edu for display on the video board. Space is limited, so don’t wait—sign up early to secure your baby’s spot in the race!
