South County Health has entered into a partnership with Care New England for cardiovascular care that will see the providers of South County Cardiology join Care New England Medical Group effective December 1, 2023.

Through this partnership, the South County Cardiology providers will continue to see patients in their existing East Greenwich and Wakefield office locations while continuing to treat patients admitted to South County Hospital. This partnership, along with Care New England’s clinical affiliation with Brigham and Women’s Hospital, provides our patients access to cardiovascular care, considered among the best in the nation, close to home.
