Lynne joined South County Health in 2000, starting as a cardiac nurse on Read 1. In her current role, Lynne leads efforts on quality improvements and patient satisfaction for South County Home Health, South County Surgical Supply which provides durable medical products, and oversees South County Health’s community-based programs and partnerships.

Lynne has served as a leader with a focus of Case Management, implementation of Palliative Care, Community Health, and Nurse Care Managers.

She has expertise in utilization review, quality and safety initiatives, and denials management. Lynne collaborates on healthcare services within statewide and regional program leadership roles, serving on multiple state and community steering committees.

She holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Rhode Island College and Certification in Case Management.

Lynne is a lifelong resident of South County and has a passion for the organization and the community that she serves.
