Once you have been accepted into the Volunteer Program by submitting your application, attending an Informational Session, and interviewing with the Volunteer Services Department, you need to complete the following to join our team:
Collect current vaccinations from your physician or Health Services office (Immunization Record Form). Do not get additional vaccinations until Employee Health reviews your health records.

Measles, Mumps, Rubella | Vaccine or blood test | Prior to volunteering |
Varicella (Chickenpox) | Physician confirmed, disease or vaccine | Prior to volunteering |
