South County Health is excited to announce the expansion of its convenient "Get in Line" feature within our Get Care Now offerings to all outpatient lab locations, effective immediately. This innovative service allows patients to reserve their spot in line from their mobile device, streamlining their experience and minimizing wait times upon arrival.
With the new "Get in Line" feature, outpatient lab patients can plan their visit more efficiently, maximizing convenience and minimizing disruptions to their daily routine.

The process to utilize the "Get in Line" feature is simple and user-friendly. Patients can visit Get Care NOW! on the SCH NOW mobile app or getcare.southcountyhealth.org, select the desired lab location (East Greenwich, Narragansett, Wakefield, Warwick, Westerly), and reserve their spot in line. Upon arrival at the lab, patients can check-in quickly and seamlessly on their phone, reducing the time spent in the waiting area.
The expansion of the "Get in Line" feature to all lab locations is part of South County Health’s ongoing efforts to enhance patient satisfaction and improve healthcare delivery.
